INITIATIVES
- Sun Vision's Approach -
No lifting policy
Back pain is a major issue in nursing care work because “lifting” and “pulling” are often performed, which puts a heavy burden on the employees' bodies.
Sun Vision's care work involves a “no lifting policy,” which means that pushing, pulling, lifting, twisting, and carrying are not performed solely by human strength alone. We strive to provide “better and higher quality care” by reducing the physical burden on our staff.
No Lifting Policy means that “pushing, pulling, lifting, twisting, and carrying” should never be done by human strength alone in a way that places a heavy burden on the body.

Nursing care record system
One of the most burdensome tasks in nursing care work is recording.
Sun Vision has developed a smartphone system that enables accurate and quick entry of nursing care records and sharing of information on the patient's condition.
Sun Vision has introduced a system using a smartphone device so that care records can be input accurately and quickly, and all staff members can share patients' conditions.
The system allows for instantaneous entry of care records on a smartphone, making use of less busy times. Its advantages are as follows: it is efficient, the contents of records are more comprehensive, information can be shared among offices and facilities, and it improves the quality of nursing care services.
